  • How long each session takes?
    Each treatment of a specific body part (depending on the size of the target area) usually takes between 15 to 45 minutes.
  • What to expect while having treatment?
    Treatments are described as a warm massage and have minimal to no downtime. Collagen and Elastin will continue to rebuild collagen for up to 4-6 months for complete results.
  • What do expect after each treatment?
    After each treatment, you may experience light redness to the skin for about 15 to 30 minutes, up to 24 hours. It is common to feel some light soreness and edema (fluid retention) in the treatment areas for a day or two. There isn’t any downtime; you can resume all of your usual activities, including exercise. It is critical to continue to stay hydrated to ensure the healing of the skin structures and the elimination of released fat.
  • How many treatments do I need?
    Most patients generally undergo between 4 to 6 consecutive treatments, occurring once every week or once every other week. Our experienced cosmetic providers and specialists will provide you with an individualized treatment plan to maximize results.
  • Who is this treatment suitable for?
    Exilis Elite (face and body contouring) is the best option for all ages and skin types as it is non-invasive and gentle.   • When can I expect to see results?

  • What can I expect to feel during the treatment?
    According to patients, it feels like a slight tingling sensation like a sunburn, after applying the recommended numbing cream.
  • Is there any downtime?
    Microneedling treatments are minimally invasive and may cause redness or discomfort (much like a sunburn) for up to 24 hours.
  • Is Microneedling suitable for all skin types?
    Yes, our Microneedling treatment is suitable and effective for all skin types.
  • How to take care of your skin after undergoing Microneedling treatment?
    For the first 24 hours: avoid exercise, saunas, hot tubs, sunbeds, strong sunlight, and touching the treated area unnecessarily. Avoid makeup for 24 hours. If you must, only use 100% pure mineral powder makeup. During the first 24 hours post-treatment, it is recommended to use the recommended creams by our specialist. After 24 hours of your treatment, it is recommended to use sunscreen.
  • How fast will I see the result?
    You begin to feel tangible results right after the treatment. Positive results are usually visible two to four weeks after the last session and continue to improve for several weeks following the treatments.
  • Am I the right candidate for EMSculpt Neo?
    Anyone can benefit from the EMSculpt Neo procedure. You will be having a consultation session with our specialist before beginning your treatment to answer all your questions and concerns.
  • Is there any downtime?
    EMSculpt Neo is non-invasive and requires no recovery time or any pre/post-treatment preparation.
  • What does it feel like?
    The procedure feels like an intensive workout. You can lie down and relax during the treatment.
  • How long does each treatment takes?
    The treatment usually takes 30 minutes with a minimum of 4 to 6 sessions scheduled a few days apart (in some cases a week apart). Our specialist will assist you in providing a personalized treatment plan that works for you.
  • How many treatments do I need?
    For best results, you might need six to eight treatments, depending on each individual. Additional maintenance treatments once every six to 12 months may be needed. Treating a small area, such as the upper lip, might take only a few minutes. Treating a larger area, such as the back, might take several hours.
  • Does laser hair removal hurts?
    Laser hair removal does cause slight discomfort, but it typically causes much less discomfort than other forms of hair removal, especially waxing. Many individuals describe laser hair removal as akin to the feeling of a rubber band snapping against your skin.
  • Is laser hair removal right for me?
    Hair colour and skin type influence the success of laser hair removal. For example, it is most effective for people who have light skin and dark hair because the laser beam targets the pigment (melanin) in the hair. But with our advanced device, laser hair removal is still an option for people who have darker skin. We do not recommend treatment for white, grey, or red hair because the laser can’t detect the lighter hair.
  • What should I do before and after each session?
    Before laser hair removal, the hair in the treatment area might be trimmed with a razor. You’ll also be given special goggles to protect your eyes from the laser beam. After laser hair removal, avoid sun exposure — both natural sunlight and tanning beds. When your skin has healed, use sunscreen whenever you’re in the sun. You may notice hair shedding in the first few days and weeks after treatment.
  • What to expect during my treatment?
    You might notice redness and swelling for the first few hours after laser hair removal. To reduce any discomfort, apply ice to the treated area.
  • How does OxyGeneo Facial feels?
    An OxyGeneo® treatment feels like a massage for the face. The exfoliation is described as very refreshing and comfortable and, because there is no vacuum procedure (like with other facial devices) the overall treatment is more soothing and relaxing. Many clients fall asleep and wake feeling rested and rejuvenated. More sensitive skin type clients may have a warm sensation on the skin during the first part of the treatment.
  • Is there any downtime with OxyGeneo Facial?
    The OxyGeneo® treatment has no downtime and the skin looks and feels great right after the treatment. If you have an upcoming event, schedule your OxyGeneo® treatment on the same day or a day before and the effect will be well visible during the event.
  • Does OxyGeneo Facial work on acne?
    Because the exfoliation isn’t irritating and because the OxyGeneo® is a non-vacuum device, you can treat areas of the face affected by simple acne. Consult with your OxyGeneo® technician about your specific skin concerns.
  • How often can I receive OxyGeneo Facial?
    There is no set number of times you can receive a facial, although we recommend once a week treatments for sun damage and acne concerns, and once a month treatments for long-term anti-aging maintenance.
  • When can I see the results after OxyGeneo Facial treatment?
    You will see improvements in your skin immediately after treatment! OxyGeneo leaves the skin feeling fresh and soft, while giving you a smooth, shiny and radiant glow.
  • Is Sylfirm X RF Microneedling painful?
    Sylfirm X RF Microneedling is generally well-tolerated by most individuals. The treatment may cause some mild discomfort, similar to a tingling or prickling sensation. However, a topical numbing cream will be applied before the procedure to minimize any potential discomfort.
  • Is there any downtime associated with Sylfirm X RF Microneedling?
    This is a minimally invasive treatment that requires little to no downtime. Some redness, swelling, or mild sensitivity in the treated area may occur immediately after the procedure, but it generally subsides within a few hours to a couple of days. Patients can resume their regular activities shortly after the treatment.
  • How many sessions of Sylfirm X RF Microneedling are recommended?
    The number of recommended sessions may vary depending on individual skin concerns, goals and age. Typically, a series of 3 to 4 treatments, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results. However, this can be discussed and determined during a consultation with our specialist.
  • How long will my Sylfirm X RF Microneedling results last?
    The results are long-lasting and can be maintained for months with diligent skincare and sun protection. However, the aging process will continue, and additional treatments will be required for maintenance.
  • How do I care for my skin following my Sylfirm X treatment?
    Following your treatment, your skin will be slightly red for several hours. There may be a few areas of pinpoint bruising. You may apply products that promote barrier repair, recommended by our specialist. The day following your treatment, you may gently cleanse your skin and apply a barrier repair product and tinted mineral sunscreen. Avoid the use of active ingredients (such as retinol, salicylic or glycolic acid, and vitamin C serum) for about a week.
  • When can I see the results?
    In most cases, a few hours after the treatment, but usually appear within 24 hours of each session.
  • How does Botox work?
    Small amounts of the product are injected into the skin to relax targeted facial muscles. As the muscle relaxes, the overlying line or wrinkle becomes less noticeable.
  • Does Botox treatment hurt?
    No, Botox treatment is not painful. Some patients compare the injections to a tiny prick or pinch.
  • How many treatments will I need?
    You will see improvements after a single treatment. As the effects of the injectable wear off, your skin will return to its pre-treatment appearance. We see many patients who return every three to six months for repeat treatment to maintain the effects.

This timeframe is designed to optimize the effectiveness as treatments synergize to address your specific needs.
  • Can I include my friends and family in my package?
    Each package is uniquely tailored to your individual needs and goals and is not intended to be shared with others. However, you're welcome to bring a plus one to your consultation sessions for your convenience.
  • What is your cancellation policy for each package?
    For all packages, you have 30 days from the date of your first complimentary consultation session to cancel or upgrade your package.
